At My Bali, we offer a wide range of exclusive holiday packages and advertise these at a national and international level.
While we always endeavour to create accurate advertising material for our holiday packages, we do sometimes make mistakes – after all, we are only human. In these cases, we must retract, correct, and/or acknowledge incorrect advertisements and messages that have gone public.

The Novotel Bali Benoa 5-Night holiday package (Deal Code: MB-51038) promoted on our website on 11 May 2025 incorrectly advertised flights were included. This package does not include flights. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Printed Publication Advertisement
Merusaka Nusa Dua holiday package (deal code: MB-52746) featured in our printed publication advertisement in Saturday Escape on Saturday 01 March 2024 incorrectly advertised that there were flights included. This package does not include flights. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
