Upon arrival into Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar), our Airport representatives and your personal transfer guide will be waiting for you at the dedicated Discova Airport Lounge. The lounge is located approximately 100 metres on your left, after Immigration clearance . Your transfer driver will escort you to your transfer vehicle and drive you to your hotel.
The day prior to departure, Discova will contact your hotel and reconfirm pick up for your departure flight.

Nyepi Day (Silence Day) is observed in Bali on the 19th March 2026. This is a day of reflection and as such no businesses, tours, activities or transport services operate in the whole of Bali and checking in or out of hotels is not permitted.

Please Note Room Accommodates up to 2 Adults & 2 Children as long as 1 child UNDER 7 using the existing Day bed. A breakfast charge per day will need to be added to the booking for the child using daybed. Please speak to your My Holiday Expert for more information.
